Santos Place is located in the heart of the emerging North Quarter precinct within Brisbane CBD. Northquarter is Brisbane's first public-private urban renewal project of its kind in Queensland. The precinct is to home to the largest amount of private development and public infrastructure spending focused within one precinct over the next five years. With over $2 billion of private and public funding already committed within the precinct and with an additional local and state government infrastructure spending roll out over the next two years, the precinct will experience a transformation on a scale not previously witnessed within one area of Brisbane's CBD. Norhtquarter is set to become the most integrated and easily accessible CBD precinct in Brisbane.
